Pastor Jim Cobrae was a dynamic man of God who dedicated over 40 years to the Lord’s service as a Pastor. As the founding pastor of The Rock Church and World Outreach Center, one of the largest and fastest-growing churches in the United States, he made a mark on countless lives.

With a wonderful sense of humor and powerful teachings, Pastor Jim inspired many with Kingdom principles for righteous living. His practical and honest approach helped tens of thousands come to Jesus Christ. Together with his beloved wife, Pastor Deborah, Pastor Jim shared a life devoted to ministry, raising four children and welcoming many cherished grandchildren. Pastor Jim transitioned to be with the Lord in 2024 but his legacy and teaching still encourage believers today
