Principal Function: Gathers content for videos and live production. Produces and edits media production for events and services.
Responsibilities:
Works closely with ministry leads during the brainstorming and early development process for video ideas.
Sets up and films with professional camera equipment.
Basic knowledge and workability with lighting.
Basic knowledge and workability with audio recording.
Direct the creativity process of the vision and “tell the story” of live events by editing footage, motion graphics, music and scripting.
Create motion graphics for videos using After Effects.
Stay well versed in production software skills: After Affects, Premiere, Photoshop and Pro Presenter.
Post sermons/videos on church web and app with the highest level of excellence.
Maintain an understanding of the heart of the church and vision/goals of the senior pastors.
Works closely with the production manager and creative director for large services/events.
Must be able to lift 10lbs, 20lbs and 50lbs worth of equipment on a regular basis.
Services/Events:
Direct 3-5 camera operators for live production events.
Graphics/Video mixer operator.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred, plus 1-3 years of related job experience.
