Requirements and Responsibilities for this position:

• Minimum 25 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no more than one accident or ticket within the past 3 years)
• Complies with all state and federal guidelines. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to maintain a safe driving environment for passengers and other road users.
• Good communication skills; ability to interact effectively with various passengers.
• Friendly.
• Ability to work flexible hours; including nights, weekends, holidays and for special events.
• Maintain proper paperwork (i.e. driving times, pre and post shuttle checks, up to date personal car insurance).
• Safely transport passengers to and from designated locations, following predetermined routes and schedules. Responsible for transporting passengers to and from church services and events.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the shuttle vehicle, including performing routine inspections, fueling, and reporting any mechanical issues or damages.
• Adhere to Rock Church policies and procedures, including dress code and professional conduct standards.
• Follow schedules to ensure on-time arrivals and departures, adjusting routes and times to accommodate traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
