Inventory Clerk

Principal Function: The inventory clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory. Maintain a smooth flow of items checked in and out for ministry events.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep inventory organized.
  • Properly itemize requests for events.
  • Check in and out items to ministries.
  • Assist staff and volunteers in collecting items needed for each event.
  • Communicate items that have been lost or broken for replacement.
