Job Description
Operations Mechanic Principal Function:
General maintenance and repair on the facility under the supervision of the Operations Manager and Operations Supervisor
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o Electrical
o Painting
o General construction
o Flooring
o Concrete
o Door and lock
o Drywall
o Plumbing
o Roofing
o Chiller
o Tower
o Fan coils
o Exhaust and ERV system on every building
o Swamp coolers, walk-in freezers and refers
o Sump pumps and drainage
o Semi-annual cleaning of all roof drains
o Love Rock Café kitchen equipment, coffee bar and coffee kiosks
o Rock rental houses
o Electrical systems and fixtures
o Programming of all outdoor lighting including fountain and parking lot lights
o Repairs on water well and irrigation system
